North Shore Surgical Center is located at 3725 W. Touhy Ave., between McCormick Blvd to the East and Crawford Ave. to the West. The Center is located on the South side of the street and the free parking lot for the center encompasses our building and the entrance is accessible from Touhy Ave.
Coming from the South: Take I90/94 to I94 (Edens towards Milwaukee); take the exit for Touhy Ave. East; at the end of the exit ramp there is a stop light - make a left here and get immediately into the right hand lane to make a right at the next light which is Touhy Ave.; take this approximately 1 (one) mile to North Shore Surgical Center.
From the North: Take I94 (Edens); take the exit for Touhy Ave. East; take this approximately 1 (one) mile to North Shore Surgical Center.
